Build and optimize modern data platforms and pipelines using Snowflake and AWS Data Engineering Services including Glue, SageMaker Unified Studio, and more.
Lead technical delivery and act as a data subject authority on Snowflake to support analytics and integrations across teams within LSEG Corporate Data Cloud.
Mentor and guide junior data engineers while driving adoption of Agentic AI capabilities for data engineering workflow automation.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles, including mentoring junior engineers.
Strong expertise in AWS data stack (Glue, SageMaker Unified Studio), Snowflake, SQL (structured and semi-structured data), Python (Pandas, PySpark), and Iceberg or similar open file formats.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with Agentic AI tools to automate data engineering workflows and familiarity with AI/ML platforms such as Snowflake Cortex, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering enterprise-scale cloud data warehousing solutions with Snowflake and AWS services capable of influencing technical standards and policies.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional Agile teams, collaborate with product owners and architects, and translate business priorities into data engineering solutions.
Strong advocate and practitioner of Agentic Driven Development and automation of data engineering workflows using generative AI tools.
