Provide Level 2 operational support and troubleshooting for Databricks platforms across AWS and Azure including Unity Catalog governance.

Monitor platform health, respond to alerts and incidents within SLAs, and perform routine upgrades and changes using ITIL practices.

Collaborate with Cloud and Data Engineering teams to maintain a stable, secure, and cost-effective analytics platform.

7-10 years of experience in platform or cloud operations, or data platform support including Databricks or Apache Spark.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Proficiency with Databricks workspace, clusters, jobs, libraries, and Spark troubleshooting.

Experience with AWS and Azure fundamentals, scripting/automation (Python/PySpark/PowerShell), ITSM processes, and Unity Catalog governance concepts.

Experienced in operational support roles requiring daily incident resolution and escalation capabilities.

Strong understanding of cloud and data platform environments, particularly Databricks on AWS and Azure.

Demonstrates rigorous documentation, ticket hygiene, prioritization skills, and effective cross-team collaboration in production environments.
