Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Project Operations.
Drive end-to-end delivery including requirements gathering, technical design, team leadership, development oversight, and production deployment ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
Design and develop AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot technologies and integrate through Azure services; establish ALM, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution architecture, development, and implementation.
Proven experience leading large enterprise-scale Dynamics 365/Power Platform projects and managing technical teams.
Hands-on with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, generative AI capabilities within Microsoft ecosystem.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant technology and solution architecture roles.

Experienced in managing cross-functional technical teams and stakeholder communication in large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.
Strong skills in advanced custom development (C#, .NET, JavaScript) and integration via Azure services and APIs within enterprise environments.
