About This Role

Lead architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions using C#, .NET, microservices, and cloud technologies.

Own complex program or workstream planning, execution, and technical leadership across software development lifecycle.

Design and implement integrations and apply HIPAA-aligned security for data, authentication, and real-time communications including voice technologies.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, EE, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum 13 years of relevant professional software engineering experience.

Advanced experience with .NET, C#, Web APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, Azure or AWS, and relational DB design including SQL Server.

Experience designing secure, scalable software solutions with knowledge of HIPAA-aligned security practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions, preferably in medical device or healthcare software domain.

Experienced technical leader able to influence cross-functional teams and align technical architecture with business goals.

Skilled in modern cloud-native architectures, real-time voice communication technologies (e.g., WebRTC, SIP), and secure clinical communication applications.
