Principal Forward Deployment Engineer

Own end-to-end technical deployments and integrations of AI-powered Workforce Agility products at strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring successful outcomes.

Act as the primary technical authority for solution architecture, implementation strategy, and long-term adoption with customers, including C-suite engagement.

Translate customer needs into product innovations by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and AI teams and build scalable deployment playbooks and reference architectures.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent senior enterprise technical experience).

6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software deployment, systems integration, or solutions engineering with proficiency in Python, Java, or equivalent.

1–2 years of experience deploying/integrating Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic Frameworks products in production enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP, LLMs), enterprise integration patterns (REST APIs, event-driven, SSO/identity, HRIS/HCM systems).

Senior-level technical professional able to manage complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments from discovery to value realization.

Experience with AI-native solutions and familiarity with Agentic systems, including A2A and MCP patterns in customer-facing contexts.

Effective communicator with executive presence who can align C-suite stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams through deployment and solution design.
