Experience in enterprise LAN/WAN/Wireless troubleshooting, including protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, QoS, and basic security technologies (IPSec, NAT/PAT, GRE).
Graduate degree (qualification: Graduate).
Work Experience Required: 4 to 6 years explicitly mentioned.

Experienced in tier 3 network operations support within enterprise environments, handling escalations and vendor coordination.
Strong technical knowledge of Cisco platforms including Cisco ISE, DNAC, and wireless technologies, with the ability to manage network monitoring and incident management tools.
