Minimum Requirements
7+ years data engineering experience with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
Hands-on experience with US Healthcare Medicare Advantage data, including CMS enrollment, RAPS/EDPS submissions, MMR/MOR, or HCC risk adjustment models.
Production experience building data pipelines in Databricks on AWS (S3, EMR, Lambda, IAM, Glue).
Proven knowledge and experience with FHIR and HL7 interoperability standards, Apache Iceberg, Databricks Unity Catalog, RBAC, and data security for PHI.
