Define and implement reusable architectures and production-grade applications for stateful AI agents, tool integration, memory, and RAG systems.
Lead transition of AI prototypes to production including CI/CD, observability, incident response, and continuous improvement for LLM-powered services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to shape AI roadmap, lead technical evaluations, and mentor senior engineers and data scientists.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years in software, AI, or machine learning engineering; 3-4 years delivering production AI or LLM systems.
Proven ownership of production LLM applications, agent workflows, or AI-enabled services from design through operation.
Strong Python skills and experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph, retrieval, embeddings, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
Must work onsite in Bengaluru office with hybrid model (3 days in office).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading architectural and operational decisions for complex AI/ML systems in production environments.
Familiar with cross-team influence without formal authority in controlled, regulated environments (preferably financial services).
Comfortable with integrating AI engineering, platform operations, security, and compliance considerations across products in a global setting.
