Minimum Requirements
6+ years of product design experience with complex products shipped end-to-end.
Expertise in user research and problem framing including interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing, user needs and success measures.
Strong skills in interaction design, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, colour, iconography, motion design, and accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
Expert level Figma skills including variables, modes, component properties, auto layout, advanced prototyping, and motion design tools (After Effects, Rive, or ProtoPie).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing end-to-end user journeys, service blueprints, and managing all touchpoints including failure paths with a detail-oriented delivery style.
Proficient at building design systems with semantic tokens, real variants, and comprehensive documentation for engineering teams.
Skilled in designing interfaces for AI products involving non-deterministic output, user control through review/correction/undo, and building user trust through clarity rather than decoration.
