Design, develop, and own end-to-end LLM-powered AI agents and RAG-based features using Python, ReactJS, and LangGraph frameworks.
Architect and operate multi-agent systems with state management, inter-agent communication, and failover on GCP containerized platforms.
Lead integration of OAuth-secured third-party connectors and manage data layers across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and vector databases for agent memory and retrieval.
Minimum Requirements
1-2 years of engineering experience with significant production shipping of LLM-powered systems.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, or equivalent preferred.
Proficient in Python (FastAPI), ReactJS, LangGraph, OAuth 2.0, JWT, Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP or equivalent cloud platforms.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB/Firestore, Redis, vector databases, and LLM evaluation tools (LangSmith, RAGAS, DeepEval).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Professional with hands-on production experience building and debugging complex LLM agent workflows beyond standard tutorials, including handling hallucinations and failures.
Capable of full ownership of solutions from scoping through production, making pragmatic technical decisions and raising team engineering standards.
Experience with multi-agent orchestration patterns, secure API integrations, and collaborative architectural design in enterprise procurement or complex systems.
