Own full-stack features end-to-end including React UI, Python FastAPI services, database schema design, AWS deployment, and monitoring.
Design, implement, and maintain production-grade RAG pipelines, vector search, LLM integrations, and multi-step agentic AI workflows that complete tasks reliably.
Deploy and operate services on AWS with secure authentication, observability, and CI/CD pipelines ensuring production readiness and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
3–6 years of relevant experience building and shipping full-stack production applications with backend emphasis but capable on frontend React.
Strong proficiency in Python (async/await, FastAPI), React (JS/TypeScript), SQL with PostgreSQL including advanced querying and schema design.
Experience building and operating production-grade RAG pipelines utilizing vector stores (Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate, or Qdrant) and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock).
Computer Science or related degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated capability; Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; full-time position.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full-stack ownership from feature design to deployment and maintenance, capable of independent end-to-end delivery without hand-holding.
Deep technical understanding of AI agent design, system architecture tradeoffs, and secure multi-tenant SaaS application patterns.
Prior experience in startups or product-focused companies where pragmatic tradeoffs and customer-facing production shipping are expected.
