Principal Lead- Product Owner

Own and continuously improve the Enterprise Architecture operating model, processes, governance, and metrics to ensure consistent execution and high adoption across teams.

Manage the Architecture team’s work intake, prioritization, capacity, and execution with transparency through Jira, Confluence, and executive reporting dashboards.

Drive Agile delivery practices and administration of Jira/Confluence workflows, reporting, and governance to enhance operational discipline and process maturity.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

12+ years experience in technology program management, Agile delivery, PMO, or related roles.

Strong practical experience with Jira administration, including workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting.

In-office work required at least 3 days per week (flexible 2 days WFH); must work India shift hours (2:00pm-10:30pm).

Experienced Product Owner or Program Manager with strong background in Agile delivery and technology governance within enterprise architecture functions.

Highly organized, process-driven, and skilled in collaboration with senior leaders, architects, and multi-disciplinary teams across cloud, networking, security, data, and AI domains.

Proficient in creating executive dashboards, reports, and facilitating governance/routine planning sessions with focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
