Design and implement scalable integration architectures using Workato and AWS services, connecting Legion WFM with various enterprise systems (HR, POS, Payroll).
Develop secure and high-performance REST APIs and integrations within Legion's API-driven ecosystem, ensuring reliability and maintainability.
Lead technical integration efforts, collaborate on design and code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and participate in on-call rotation; expected working hours are overnight 2230-0730.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in business/information/solution/technical architecture.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM field (Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related).
3+ years experience with event-driven architecture and microservices; deep technical expertise in integration technologies (HTTP, FTP, SOAP, REST, JMS, JDBC); proficiency in Core Java and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
2+ years experience with AWS technologies (AWS CDK, CloudFormation, S3, ECS, EKS, EC2); experience with test-driven development, CI/CD processes and tools; Unix/Linux environment experience; role involves overnight shift and on-call rotation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in workforce management integration and scalable integration platform design such as Workato, SAP BTP Integration Suite, Dell Boomi, or similar.
Strong technical consulting skills and ability to lead design, development, and troubleshooting of enterprise integration solutions.
Proficiency with Java/RESTful web services, agile development environments, and experience working with external application integrations like Workday or SAP.
