Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, including rollouts and upgrades from initiation to go-live.
Define and manage project scope, timeline, milestones, budget, and deliverables ensuring adherence to SAP Activate methodology and project governance.
Manage cross-functional SAP teams (functional, technical, basis, integration) and drive progress monitoring, escalation handling, and high-level stakeholder meetings.
Minimum Requirements
9+ years of experience delivering full-lifecycle SAP projects, including 2-3 complete implementations.
Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.
Deep knowledge of at least one SAP module such as MM, SD, FICO, PP, WM, BASIS, or ABAP.
Work mode: Hybrid (onsite and offshore collaboration).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coordinating cross-functional SAP teams including both onsite and offshore members in a hybrid working environment.
Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and governance adherence.
Proven track record managing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects applying SAP Activate methodology and driving stakeholder engagement through steering committees.
