Develop and maintain project documentation (plans, risk logs, status reports) and proactively manage risks and stakeholder communications.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of project management and/or HR experience leading projects and programs.
Experience in leading cross-functional and global project teams.
Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
PMP certification preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in matrixed and global environments, able to manage multiple stakeholders concurrently.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams and drive stakeholder alignment.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, changing environments with a flexible and proactive approach.
