Success Architect-Tableau

Serve as the Tableau subject-matter expert within the Success Architect organization, focusing on enterprise architecture, governance, and cross-cloud solutions.

Engage with Signature Success customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for Tableau technical architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design.

Develop tailored delivery and discovery assets for Tableau customers while building strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive customer success and organizational growth.

Proven experience in enterprise consulting, specifically in usage, design, and implementation of Tableau product solutions.

Prior experience with Tableau server/Cloud administration or architecture, desktop, or large deployments.

Strong understanding of data preparation, ETL, modeling, and ability to guide customers on best practices.

Tableau certification or ability to attain certification; ability to engage customers in global timezones.

Experienced technical leader with deep expertise in Tableau and enterprise-level analytics solution design and optimization.

Capable of independently managing complex customer engagements with a focus on improving Tableau architecture and performance.

Comfortable working in collaborative, multi-stakeholder environments supporting global customers, with skills connecting technical solutions to business outcomes.
