Senior Finance Business Partner

Own the annual cost budgeting process across Delivery, SG&A, and Headcount with scenario and sensitivity analyses to guide executive decisions and align business plans with financial targets.

Provide commercial finance guidance on client deals including pricing, margin validation, and deal structuring; establish pricing guardrails and deal approval frameworks in collaboration with Sales and Delivery leadership.

Develop and implement systems and processes for performance tracking and reporting, culminating in budget models, pricing guardrails, dashboards, and operating cadences for the upcoming year.

8-12 years of experience in finance business partnering or related roles.

Prior experience in IT/ITES, consulting, or B2B services organizations required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (including Copilot), Netsuite, Salesforce, and Kantata or similar enterprise software.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (contract role).

Hands-on finance professional comfortable with deep analysis, modeling, and problem-solving involving confidential data.

Experienced in FP&A and commercial finance with a focus on driving financial rigor and influencing leadership decisions.

Ability to establish and manage financial processes, dashboards, and frameworks that support operational and strategic business goals.
