Minimum Requirements
8-13 years of relevant experience depending on educational qualifications (e.g., Master's degree + 4 years, Bachelor's degree + 6 years).
Experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical industry, predictive analytics, or related applied setting preferred (3+ years).
Proficient in Python and/or R, SQL, reproducible workflows, version control, testing, and cloud analytics.
Education from Associate's degree or higher with relevant experience; doctorate preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader able to independently manage and deliver complex analytical workstreams in clinical development.
Strong technical expertise in advanced statistical, machine learning, and AI methods applied end-to-end including validation and operationalization.
Skilled at collaborating with clinical, statistics, programming, and digital teams and mentoring junior data scientists while driving adoption of analytics solutions.
