UX Designer - Assistant Manager

Lead UX design initiatives for complex enterprise and financial technology products, focusing on scalable, user-centered solutions for web applications and internal platforms.

Conduct end-to-end product design including research, interaction design, usability testing, information architecture, and prototype development.

Create executive-facing communications to translate design strategy and product vision into compelling presentations for leadership.

6+ years of professional experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Experience Design.

Proven delivery of multiple digital products from discovery through implementation, especially in enterprise software, financial services, or SaaS environments.

Proficiency in Figma and related design/prototyping tools; experience with design systems.

Experience with user research, usability testing, information architecture, and stakeholder collaboration throughout product lifecycle.

Experienced in designing data-intensive, compliance-oriented, or operational workflow-driven applications.

Comfortable managing projects independently and leading cross-functional collaboration with global teams.

Strong executive communication skills with ability to create strategic storytelling artifacts and present to senior leadership.
