GIC - Sr Analyst – Business Systems (PMO)

Manage and maintain accurate project, portfolio, and Holistic Margin Management (HMM) data within OneView and related PMO tools to ensure data quality and consistency.

Provide operational support during critical governance cycles like LTW (Launch To Win) and PMR (Product Management Review), including charter intake, validation, and preparation of review materials.

Administer OneView and PMO tools by monitoring issues, communicating with users, resolving defects, and aiding in system transitions and data migration activities.

Bachelor’s degree required.

3-4 years of related experience in project operations or data management.

Strong proficiency with Excel and Smartsheet including formula-based data work and data validation.

Experience working with project management tools and ability to learn new no-code platforms; specific tool experience (Planview) preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced in operational support roles within PMO, portfolio management, commercialization, or related project governance environments.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with proven ability to maintain data accuracy and support reporting across multiple systems under deadline pressure.

Practiced collaborator capable of managing recurring operational tasks and facilitating cross-functional communication among PMO leads, project managers, and stakeholders.
