Conduct internal and risk assessments, review IT and OT processes, and recommend improvements using frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and TISAX.
Ensure compliance with information security policies through monitoring, managing nonconformities, and supporting external audits.
Develop and maintain security policies, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate IS risk management, and document risk and compliance activities for leadership and regulators.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of work experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance roles.
Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA).
Proficiency in GRC tools and software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in conducting IT/OT risk assessments and improving IT governance maturity using industry-recognized frameworks.
Skilled in managing compliance and collaborating across departments including IT, legal, and business units.
Capable of supporting external audits and developing information security policies aligned with organizational goals.
