Lead month-end management close activities including accurate P&L and balance sheet postings for assigned entities.
Own balance sheet reconciliations, control activities, variance investigations and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare financial analyses and commentaries to support business decisions; collaborate with finance, commercial, supply chain, tax teams and external service providers.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent practical accounting experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting, financial reporting, or statutory accounting.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, month-end close processes, and practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems plus strong Excel skills.
Role based in India with hybrid work pattern involving regular on-site collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end accounting processes and delivering timely financial reporting in a corporate environment.
Familiarity with shared service providers, internal controls (e.g. SOX), and audit support to ensure compliance and process reliability.
Comfortable driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally with commercial, supply chain, and tax teams.
