Sr. Financial Analyst-Systems

Own support, planning, analysis, and delivery of key financial tools and their integration with other systems (NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, Sigma).

Lead or participate in financial system implementation, reporting automation, and troubleshooting cross-functional finance applications.

Shape financial and business application process improvements, influencing system design and resolving cross-team issues with measurable impact.

8+ years of experience in senior financial analyst or similar role, preferably in technology or manufacturing sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.

Experience with financial planning systems (Hyperion/NSPB, Anaplan) and ERP systems (NetSuite and/or Oracle ERP) required.

Proven track record as system owner or administrator leading financial system implementations or upgrades end-to-end.

Strong expertise bridging finance processes and ERP system design, with ability to map operational realities to financial system requirements.

Experienced driving change by identifying broken financial processes and leading cross-functional resolution involving IT and business leaders.

Comfortable interfacing with senior finance and business stakeholders to recommend system design trade-offs and push back when necessary.
