Team Lead- Threat Analyst

Supervise and provide daily oversight to threat analysts handling security incident investigations and responses.

Lead incident response activities including root cause analysis, malware handling, and digital forensics, ensuring effective stakeholder communication.

Maintain knowledge of advanced attacker tactics to develop actionable indicators of compromise and operationalize threat intelligence.

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity; leadership experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience in Security Operations Center or equivalent environment with incident detection and response skills.

Required technical skills include endpoint and network security (IDS, IPS, EDR, ATP, malware defense), incident response procedures, and administering Windows OS plus Apple or Linux-based OS.

Experienced in leading cyber threat analysis and incident response teams within dynamic SOC environments.

Strong hands-on expertise in handling sophisticated malware and advanced persistent threats using threat hunting and forensic tools.

Familiarity with adversary tactics such as obfuscation and defense evasion, and frameworks like Mitre ATT&CK for threat detection and analysis.
