Manage day-to-day accounts receivable accounting operations including invoice booking, cash applications, reconciliations, fee reserve analysis, and revenue adjustments.
Lead process re-engineering, standardization, and automation initiatives within the Global Revenue Accounting group to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate month-end and quarter-end close activities, SOX controls, regulatory/internal reporting, and support complex accounting transactions involving multiple geographies.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3-4 years of progressive Record to Report (R2R) experience.
Proficiency with accounting systems such as Oracle (R12 & Cloud), Hyperion Essbase, and Microsoft Office suite.
Experience in accounts receivable processes including invoice processing, cash application, reconciliations, and fee reserve analysis.
Work Experience Required: 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex AR accounting transactions and interacting with international teams across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
Capability to lead process improvement initiatives with a focus on automation and standardization within global accounting operations.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with adherence to compliance controls.
