Executive - Stores & Logistics

Manage end-to-end store operations including receipt, storage, handling, issuing, documentation, and inventory control of materials.

Ensure accuracy, stock discipline, and timely availability of materials complying with company processes and safety standards.

Maintain ERP stock records, conduct cycle counts, monthly and annual inventory, and identify slow-moving or obsolete items.

2–6 years experience in stores, warehouse, supply chain, or material handling in manufacturing/EPC sectors.

Any Graduate or Diploma; certification in materials management (e.g., DMM/PGDMM) preferred but not mandatory.

Proficient with ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, or ERPNext for inventory management.

Location: Gangaikondan (Implied onsite requirement)

Experienced in handling material receipt, quality verification coordination, and documentation compliance in manufacturing or EPC environments.

Skilled in implementing organized storage methods like 5S, FIFO/FEFO, and managing hazardous or high-value item handling.

Capable of maintaining accurate ERP records, performing inventory audits, and analyzing stock movement for optimization.
