Manage end-to-end procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and subcontract packages ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery aligned with project timelines.
Identify, evaluate, and maintain vendor relationships including audits, performance ratings, and compliance.
Lead tendering, negotiation, purchase order finalization, order tracking, cost control, compliance adherence, and procurement reporting/analysis.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on MEP procurement experience in real estate, construction, EPC, or infrastructure projects.
Degree in B.E./B.Tech Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering preferred; Diploma with relevant experience acceptable.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in high-value MEP procurement with a proven negotiation and closing track record.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, BOQs, drawings, contract terms, GST, and statutory procurement compliance.
Capable of cross-functional coordination with project and QA/QC teams and proactive issue resolution to meet strict project deadlines.
