Associate Manager Global Procurement Solutions

Lead and manage end-to-end continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience.

Drive operational excellence by establishing process governance, performance metrics, and adopting best practices across functions.

Partner with technology teams to implement automation, digital solutions, and analytics for improved decision-making, while leading project and change management activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

7+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Shared Services, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Process Excellence.

Proven project management experience leading cross-functional improvement and process transformation initiatives.

Familiarity with automation technologies (Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and analytics tools (Power BI, Advanced Excel).

Experienced in managing large-scale, cross-functional process improvement and change initiatives within operational or shared services environments.

Comfortable working with data-driven decision-making and leveraging digital/AI technologies to accelerate business transformation.

Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and align multiple teams and business leaders on transformation priorities.
