Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global category managers to support supplier development, market intelligence, and annual cost reduction plans.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of procurement experience with a focus on category management.
10+ years experience with manufactured products in industrial end markets preferred.
Mandatory skills include category strategy setting, sourcing process, contracting, negotiation, and cost modeling proficiency.
English communication (verbal and written) required; proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strategic thinker experienced in applying category strategy models like Porter’s 5 Forces, SWOT, and A.T. Kearney Chessboard.
Capable of conducting insightful data analysis to support category decisions and cost savings.
Experienced collaborator able to work independently and engage effectively across global teams and stakeholders.
