Manage and execute daily capital market operations including trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation across equity, debt, mutual funds, and other products.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as brokers, custodians, exchanges, depositories to ensure seamless transactions and regulatory compliance.
Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies, prepare MIS and exception reports, and support process improvement and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related discipline.
1–4 years of experience in Capital Market Operations or related areas like settlements, reconciliations, custody, or trade processing.
Knowledge of Equity, Debt, Mutual Funds, Depositories (NSDL/CDSL), and Exchange operations.
Familiarity with SEBI, Exchange, Depository regulatory and compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has hands-on experience managing trade lifecycle, settlement, and reconciliation in capital market operations.
Demonstrates strong coordination with multiple stakeholders including brokers, custodians, exchanges, and depositories.
Skilled in operational reporting, problem-solving of settlement exceptions, and process improvement within capital markets.
