Lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the Unified Master Data Management (UMDM) platform to establish a trusted enterprise source of customer, relationship, and reference data.
Own and prioritize the MDM product backlog including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria; collaborate across business units and technology teams to ensure delivery of data capabilities.
Define MDM product requirements involving match and merge rules, golden record creation, hierarchies, data stewardship workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through data quality governance.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in Data Management or Enterprise Data Programs.
5+ years experience as Product Owner, Lead Business Analyst, Product Manager, or MDM leadership role with enterprise-scale Customer or Party Master Data Management solution delivery.
Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, or Risk Management domains.
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in Informatica Multidomain MDM, Customer 360, Party Data Models, onboarding data, survivorship, and data stewardship.
Experience managing distributed and offshore delivery teams with capability to act as a business-to-technical bridge.
Experienced in collaborating with Data Governance, Data Engineering, Business Stakeholders, and senior leadership to translate complex data requirements into business-aligned outcomes.
