Support and troubleshoot enterprise and Microsoft Azure networks including wired/wireless LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud connectivity.
Implement and maintain network configurations, access controls, security policies, and monitor network health across on-premise and cloud environments.
Contribute to incident resolution, network upgrades, cloud migrations, and modernization projects while documenting and following change-control processes.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years of relevant experience in enterprise network engineering, operations, or infrastructure support.
Hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, network security, and Microsoft Azure networking services.
Experience with network monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Preferred certifications: CCNA, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Azure Network Engineer Associate.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Able to independently handle routine and moderately complex network operational tasks while escalating high-risk or architectural issues.
Experienced in hybrid environments with both on-premise and Microsoft Azure cloud networking.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams across time zones and capable of maintaining detailed documentation and adherence to security policies.
