Review Terraform pull requests for security gaps and build automated compliance and drift detection tooling.
Manage credential lifecycle including rotation, PAM, JIT access, and session recording; build security evidence dashboards for leadership.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years in infrastructure or security engineering with at least 2 years focused on AWS security.
Proficient in IAM including policy evaluation logic, permission boundaries, and cross-account access.
Experience building automated security checks that run in production and reviewing Terraform for security posture.
Hands-on experience with PAM tooling or credential rotation in production environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced at smaller organizations (<500 people) where security may be owned by a single engineer or a very small team.
Practical knowledge of multi-account AWS Organizations and Service Control Policies (SCP).
Familiarity with regulated fintech, exchanges, or payments environments; has built usable security evidence and reporting for non-security stakeholders.
