Optimize SQL Server performance, implement data security measures, and communicate technical data issues clearly to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
6–8 years of professional experience in Data Engineering.
Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft SQL Server including advanced SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
Proven experience with ETL/ELT development and integrating data from ERP systems using reports, exports, or flat files.
Ability to work with some overlap in US Pacific Time zone for client meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex, inconsistent data from legacy and fragmented systems with strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable operating independently with clear communication to both technical and business stakeholders.
Background in building operational and reporting data models with hands-on knowledge of data quality, security, and access controls.
