Manage CMDB data quality, including CI relationships, reconciliation exceptions, remediation, and perform validation with service and application owners.
Support Discovery operations, produce operational reports, and uphold governance and audit compliance requirements related to CMDB and service mapping.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Strong knowledge of CSDM, CI lifecycle management, and dependency mapping.
Experience with infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and ITSM processes.
Any degree with 4-6 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational CMDB management with a focus on data quality and compliance metrics.
Skilled in cross-team stakeholder engagement including service owners and technical SMEs to validate service dependencies.
Proficient in troubleshooting and analyzing complex service maps across infrastructure and cloud platforms in enterprise environments.
