Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Maven, and Gradle.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced backend engineer with demonstrated skills in microservices, distributed systems, and secure software development in an enterprise environment.
Proficient in integrating AI components and event-driven architectures within HR or similar business domains.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, architecture, AI, and security teams in a hybrid US-India delivery model.
