Lead development and deployment of digital analytics instrumentation across web and mobile platforms using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

Develop and implement A/B testing and personalization experiences using SiteSpect, including coding and personalization logic.

Configure and manage Adobe Launch for tag management and marketing technology integration; provide custom technical solutions and troubleshoot issues related to analytics, experimentation, and CMS integrations.

5+ years software development or related experience with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent.

5+ years experience in solutions development lifecycle including 4+ years developing web-based applications.

3+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including CMS and related technologies.

3+ years experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and web frameworks (Angular preferred, React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS).

Proven technical lead with 2+ years leading teams or technical projects in web development environments.

Strong expertise in front-end frameworks (Angular, React) combined with advanced AEM and cloud technology skills.

Experienced in integrating analytics, marketing technology stacks, and CMS solutions in complex enterprise environments.
