Own end-to-end validation of complex ETL workflows, including batch and real-time data pipelines, data warehouse solutions, data migration, and integration processes.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive ETL test strategies with focus on complex SQL-driven source-to-target validation and automation using Python and PyTest frameworks.
Perform hands-on testing covering database transformations (Oracle, MongoDB), REST API validation, data quality checks, defect troubleshooting, and reporting automation.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7 years of hands-on ETL and Data Warehouse testing experience.
Strong Python development and test automation skills, including experience with PyTest or similar frameworks.
Advanced expertise in Oracle Database and complex SQL query writing for data validation.
Experience with REST API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger and working knowledge of MongoDB and AWS S3 data validation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior-level tester capable of independently owning ETL test strategy design and automation for complex enterprise data pipelines.
Strong analytical and debugging skills focused on data integrity, reconciliation, and root cause analysis in data warehouse contexts.
Comfortable working hands-on with diverse technologies including SQL databases, NoSQL (MongoDB), cloud data stores (AWS S3), and API integration testing in a high-stakes environment.
