Own and administer Polarion ALM system, ensuring system stability, compliant workflows, and continuous improvement organization-wide.
Configure and enhance Polarion by managing access, permissions, upgrades, and resolving system issues.
Manage Radiometer Diagnostics product complaints by leading cross-functional root cause analysis and driving compliant resolutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in Polarion ALM administration, configuration, and scripting (JavaScript, APIs, automation frameworks).
Working knowledge of systems engineering processes including requirements management, traceability, and testing.
Experience in medical device or diagnostics R&D with strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Regulatory, and Quality teams to resolve product issues.
Able to enhance and streamline engineering workflows using ALM tools with a focus on compliance and reliability.
Preferably has experience designing and deploying AI-driven solutions to augment engineering processes and improve productivity and quality.
