Senior AI Data Analyst

Own development and delivery of AI-enabled capabilities for the Citizen Data Platform to enhance data and analytics adoption across business teams.

Support and drive adoption of conversational analytics tools like Copilot in Power BI through guidance, training, and community engagement.

Collaborate across teams to ensure AI-enabled analytics solutions comply with governance, security, and compliance standards while scaling reuse and best practices.

5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data platforms, AI enablement, consulting, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of analytics platforms such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, KNIME, or similar citizen developer technologies.

Experience managing stakeholder engagement and leading enablement, adoption, or organizational change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

Location requirement: Based in Bangalore with hybrid work setup; occasional travel required.

Experienced in translating advanced AI/analytics capabilities into practical business solutions and enabling adoption across diverse teams.

Strategic in facilitating multi-stakeholder projects with a structured approach connecting business needs with evolving AI technologies.

Familiar with generative AI and conversational agents with interest in integrating emerging AI tech into traditional analytics workflows.
