Lead technical delivery and own complex software modules within an Agile team developing enterprise-scale internal applications at Bain.
Align technical implementation with product vision, contribute to product roadmap, and drive architectural decisions.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, support application maintenance, research new technologies, and improve development infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements
8–12 years in software engineering including 2–3 years of technical leadership owning complex modules and mentoring developers.
Proficient with .NET & .NET Core, C#, T-SQL, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, and related technologies.
Experience developing enterprise-scale applications using Agile methodologies.
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree; Work Experience Required: 8–12 years as specified.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader comfortable driving module-level architecture and leading delivery in an Agile software team for enterprise internal applications.
Strong background in Microsoft technology stack with full-stack development skills including cloud and DevOps practices.
Ability to independently deliver quality work, influence product strategy with technical input, and actively mentor less experienced engineers.
