Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field or work experience.

Experienced in end-to-end software integration and feature development within HRIS or related enterprise systems.
Proficient in Python and SQL with strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and CI/CD practices.
Capable of coordinating across remote, multi-time zone teams and communicating complex technical information to diverse audiences.
