Manager, Product Analyst

Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, architects, engineers, and delivery teams translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Lead business process analysis, requirements gathering, and support solution delivery ensuring products deliver measurable business value and strong user experience.

Partner on product roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, process automation, testing, and continuous improvement through performance monitoring and user feedback.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.

6+ years experience with a BS/BA or 4+ years with a MS/MA/MBA in product analysis, business analysis, systems analysis, product management, or related roles.

Experience in requirements gathering, Agile methodologies, SDLC, and working with cross-functional and global delivery teams.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence; prior experience in global GCC or similar matrixed organizations.

Experienced in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or regulated industries is preferred though not mandatory.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems in global, geographically distributed environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills aligned with technology product delivery and business process optimization.
