English to Estonian Review Lead for UI, Marketing & Product Content

Own linguistic quality for English to Estonian localization across UI, marketing, legal, product, and support content.

Manage quality governance including arbitration, escalations, coaching, alignment roundtables, and monthly quality reporting.

Collaborate closely with client’s Language Manager to align standards and drive measurable improvements in localization quality.

3–5 years experience in Localization Quality Assurance, senior language leadership, or quality governance.

Native-level Estonian and professional-level English proficiency.

Experience managing client relationships, arbitration, escalation, and applying localization quality frameworks like RQE and LQE.

Must be physically located in India (approved country) and willing to complete a background check.

Experienced in large technology localization programs with strong analytical skills to track and improve review quality metrics.

Able to interpret and adapt style guides and quality standards for multiple content types including marketing and legal.

Demonstrated ability to lead quality discussions, provide evidence-based coaching, and maintain consistency across language teams.
