English to Slovak Review Lead for UI, Marketing & Product Content

Own linguistic quality standards and consistency for Slovak content across UI, marketing, product, legal, and support materials.

Lead and coach reviewers through quality audits, training, alignment meetings, and reporting to strengthen locale accuracy.

Manage client relationships as the primary linguistic contact, including handling arbitration, escalations, and quality decision communications.

3–5 years experience in Localization Quality Assurance, language leadership, or comparable role.

Native-level Slovak proficiency; professional-level English communication skills.

Experience managing client Language Manager relationships and handling formal arbitration and quality escalations.

Ability to work remotely from an approved country, including India; willingness to complete background check.

Experienced in applying localization quality frameworks such as RQE, LQE, and error classification rubrics within a technology-focused environment.

Skilled at analyzing style guide changes and adapting quality standards across multiple content types including marketing, legal, and UI.

Able to lead structured reviewer coaching and conduct detailed quality assessments to drive continuous improvement.
