About This Role

Design and build user interfaces and experiences for web and app-based internal business applications from wireframes to high-fidelity designs.

Develop and maintain a design system for consistency across multiple applications and ensure accessibility compliance.

Collaborate with developers to translate designs into front-end code or oversee implementation; present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback, delivering a clean documented handover after 9 months.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering degree required.

Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience with portfolio including web and/or app design.

At least 1 year experience translating designs into front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS) or working closely with developers on this.

Experience with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD and knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in designing enterprise/internal business applications rather than consumer products.

Hands-on familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, facilitating close collaboration with development teams.

Proven ability to establish and maintain design systems, and effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders in a fixed-term contractual environment.
