Lead technical solution design and customer engagement for OpenBlue digital platform across Asia Pacific, focusing on energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence.
Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end IoT, cloud, AI, and building integration solutions including technical proposals, POCs, and business case development.
Serve as liaison between customers, Sales, and Product Management to capture market needs, support roadmap planning, and ensure smooth transition to delivery teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
8+ years’ experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, or Digital Building solutions.
Experience with Smart Buildings, BMS/BAS, IoT, Cloud Platforms, and Enterprise Integration.
Willingness to travel 25–40% across Asia Pacific region.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in Smart Buildings and IoT technologies combined with consultative selling and solution architecture capabilities.
Proven ability to design scalable digital building solutions leveraging cloud, AI, analytics, and integration technologies to drive measurable business outcomes.
Experienced in customer-facing workshops, complex solution sales, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
