Network Security Operations Specialist (Firewall, F5 & Proxy) -Bangalore VOIS

Deliver operational support for enterprise network security infrastructure including firewalls, proxy platforms, load balancers, VMware environments, and Cisco FMC.

Manage incident resolution, service restoration, change implementation, risk management, and continuous service improvement to ensure high availability of security services.

Collaborate with customers, vendors, internal teams, and third-party providers to troubleshoot complex network security issues and improve service stability.

8+ years of experience in network security operations, managed security services, telecom operations, or enterprise infrastructure support.

Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Cisco, F5, Clavister, NetGuard technologies, Cisco FMC, Symantec/Broadcom Proxy, and VMware Hypervisors.

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent practical experience.

ITIL Foundation certification or demonstrated knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, change, and request management processes.

Experienced in managing L2/L3 operational escalations and complex incidents in large-scale multi-vendor network security environments.

Skilled in firewall operations, F5 load balancer management, proxy/web security, and understanding of high-availability architectures and security governance.

Comfortable operating within 24x7 managed services or global delivery organizations with exposure to incident, change, and risk management frameworks.
