Deliver operational support for enterprise network security infrastructure including firewalls, proxies, load balancers, VMware, and Cisco FMC ensuring security service availability.
Own incident resolution, service restoration, change implementation, and risk management for security platforms within agreed SLAs.
Drive continuous service improvement and collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience in network security operations or related telecom/enterprise infrastructure support.
Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Cisco, F5, Clavister, NetGuard, Cisco FMC, and proxy technologies (Symantec/Broadcom Blue Coat).
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, or equivalent practical experience.
ITIL Foundation certification or demonstrated ITIL process knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex multi-vendor network security environments with operational ownership across incident, problem, and change management.
Strong technical proficiency in firewall and load balancer configurations, security policy management, and virtualized network infrastructure.
Capacity to operate effectively in a 24x7 managed services or global delivery model with customer-facing service accountability.
