Network Security Operations Specialist (Firewall, F5 & Proxy) -Bangalore VOIS

Provide reliable and secure operational support for enterprise network security infrastructure including firewalls, proxy platforms, load balancers, VMware environments, and Cisco FMC.

Lead incident resolution, service restoration, change implementation, risk management, and continuous service improvement ensuring high availability of customer-facing security services.

Manage complex issues across multiple technologies such as Fortinet, Cisco, F5, Clavister, NetGuard firewalls, Symantec/Broadcom proxy, and conduct root cause analysis with ITIL-based processes.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in network security operations, managed security services, telecom operations, hosting environments, or enterprise infrastructure support.

Hands-on technical expertise in Fortinet, Cisco, F5, Clavister, NetGuard, Cisco FMC, Symantec/Broadcom Proxy, VMware Hypervisors.

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Electronics, Telecommunications or equivalent practical experience.

ITIL Foundation certification or demonstrated knowledge of ITIL processes.

Experienced in managing complex enterprise-level network security operations in multi-vendor environments with strong incident and change management skills.

Technical proficiency in key technologies including firewall policy management, F5 load balancers, proxy/web security platforms, and virtualized infrastructure.

Capable of operating effectively in high-pressure, 24x7 managed service environments with demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and customers.
